
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Insights: Assist in the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic roadmap.
- You will conduct deep-dive research into industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- You will assess potential risks to program goals and develop creative solutions to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Project Management: Lead special projects and handle ad-hoc requests that fall between functional silos.
- You will be responsible for setting priorities across cross-functional groups to ensure resources are used effectively.
- Internal Communications: Manage the flow of information across the organization.
- You will ensure that all departments are aligned, informed, and working toward shared objectives.
- Culture & Collaboration: Act as a culture champion by fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment.
What you'll need:
- Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Direct experience in a high-growth startup is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data analysis/modeling) and MS PowerPoint (storytelling/presentations).
- You should have a proven ability to learn and apply new technologies and tools quickly.
- Project Leadership: Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing complex projects from conception to completion.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
