Responsibilities:.
- Create adaptive sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs.
- Actively motivate, engage, and drive the team with strong execution and on-ground presence.
- Train and coach managers to improve productivity and funnel accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, and finance teams.
- Deep understanding of emission-control solutions, DG-set ecosystem, and industrial customer segments.
Requirement:.
- 8-18 years of total sales experience.
- 8-12 years of proven team-handling experience.
- Experience in RECD / DG-set sales is strongly preferred.
- Background in selling industrial equipment or heavy machinery to industries, OEMs, facilities, or manufacturing units.
- Ability to manage both high-ticket and low-ticket customer segments, ensuring value conversions across varied deal sizes.
- Someone passionate about working in a startup environment and contributing directly to sales-driven growth.
- Someone who like to hustle and get things done, someone who is sales star.
