
Role Overview
The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing key cross-functional projects to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. This role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple teams.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Product, Tech, HR, and Finance.
- Track program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
- Drive process improvements and establish frameworks for efficient project delivery.
- Conduct regular reviews and prepare program updates for leadership.
- Ensure alignment of all initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Manage documentation, reporting, and program governance.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor coordination where required.

- Strong project/program management experience.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in planning tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, MS Project, or similar).
- Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex problems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 2-8 years of experience in program/project management.
