Job Title:

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand the current sourcing ecosystem and identify areas of improvement across cost, quality, and supply stability

- Align priorities with the function head and conduct gap analysis to build a clear action plan

- Execute sourcing plans end-to-end, owning outcomes - cost savings delivered and improved contract terms

- Repeat this problem-solving cycle across different categories, continuously improving Chaayos' sourcing portfolio

- Build documented sourcing strategies for assigned categories that stand up over time, not one-off fixes

- Collaborate closely with Central Kitchen, Operations, Finance, and Quality teams on sourcing decisions

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute - mandatory

- 2-4 years of sourcing/procurement experience, specifically within Non-IT and CAPEX categories

- Hands-on experience in vendor identification and onboarding

- Strong negotiation skills

- Skilled at product tear-down / cost breakdown analysis

- Proven ability to - build and execute sourcing strategies

- Strong problem-solving ability - comfortable diagnosing a sourcing ecosystem before jumping to solutions

- Comfortable owning a category end-to-end, from analysis to execution
