Performance Outcomes:

- Centralize planning and monitoring of maintenance operations across all locations: 90 days: Centralized maintenance plan live and adopted across regions: Establishes central visibility and control over a previously fragmented function

- Manage daily complaints and conduct monthly performance reviews: Ongoing (daily/monthly): Complaint resolution TAT; monthly review cadence adherence: Ensures timely issue resolution and continuous performance tracking

- Own preventive-maintenance planning and compliance: Ongoing (Weekly/ monthly/quarterly): % preventive maintenance compliance vs. plan; equipment downtime incidents: Reduces breakdowns and extends equipment life

- Govern vendors, monitor SLAs: Monthly/ quarterly review: Vendor SLA adherence: Ensures reliable, vendor performance

- Implement SOPs and standardize maintenance practices across regions: 6 months: % of regions with SOPs implemented; standardization audit score: Ensures consistent maintenance quality nationwide

- Coordinate with Regional Managers and track regional performance: Weekly: Regional performance dashboard; Regional Manager satisfaction/alignment: Keeps regional execution aligned to central standards
