Chaayos - HR Business Partner - HR & IR

About the Role:

Chaayos is looking for an HR Business Partner to run the full employee lifecycle for the business, from hiring and onboarding to employee relations, payroll and manpower cost. You will be a trusted partner to business leaders and a hands-on owner of HR execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Compliance:

- Close open positions on time through end-to-end hiring, and complete onboarding with full documentation and statutory compliance.

HR Business Partnering:

- Partner with business and team leaders on org structure, performance reviews, engagement and retention.

Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:

- Handle employee issues fairly and quickly, with proper investigation, documentation and closure.

Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations:

- Run payroll accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, bonus, POSH) and up-to-date HR records.

Manpower Budget & Cost Management:

- Own the headcount plan and manpower cost, track it against budget, and share variance MIS with leadership.

What We Are Looking For:

- 4 - 8 years in HR, with at least 3 years as an HRBP or HR Generalist.

- Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and compliance.

- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory requirements.

- Comfortable with manpower budgeting, MIS and working with business heads.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
