Profile Summary: Corporate HR Business Partner role focused on managing end-to-end recruitment for corporate functions while supporting HR initiatives in engagement, performance management, workforce planning,and policy implementation. The position serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring effective hiring and people practices. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and operations roles, ensuring closures within TAT. - Build strong candidate pipelines through portals, referrals, and networking. - Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. - Act as HRBP for corporate teams, driving employee engagement and performance processes. - Support HR operations including onboarding, policy implementation, and employee lifecycle management. Key Skills & Competencies: - Proven experience in corporate hiring across multiple domains. - Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines. - Good understanding of HR processes, engagement, and performance management. - Analytical mindset with ability to track and report hiring/HR metrics. Requirements: - 4 - 8 years of strong recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting. - Prior exposure to HRBP/generalist responsibilities. - Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or related field.
