Accountabilities :
- Responsible for leading Ecommerce Sales Division with sales operations Pan India. Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart; Inventory Led Channels like Bigbakset, Instamart and Global Marketplaces like Amazon.com etc.
- Monthly sales target achievement and end to end PNL management.
- Planning and executing marketing spends.
- Drive higher market share on each channel.
- Manage Organic and Inorganic Traffic & Conversion funnel across the sales cycle for all channels.
- Develop marketing strategies and execute the same CVR% Improvement, Impressions Growth, ACOS Management D2C
- Self Shopify Website
- Development of Channel and Sales Growth Digital Marketing, Shopify Website Management
- Customer Lifecycle / Experience Management
- Manage all customer touchpoints and ensure good CX Product Ratings and Reviews. Premium Seller Status in all Channels.
- Zero Consumer Complaints, Customer Acquisition
- Fire for sales & revenue generation
