Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Execution & Campaign Management: Execute and manage integrated marketing and promotional campaigns across digital, print, social media, PR, and partner networks to achieve targets for occupancy and brand visibility.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure the CGH Earth brand integrity and consistent messaging is maintained across all internal and external.
- Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee the management of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media (performance marketing), and email marketing, focusing on optimizing direct bookings and customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Content & Social Strategy: Develop and manage the content calendar and social media strategy, ensuring engaging and relevant content that reflects the brand's sustainable and experiential ethos.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and manage a small team or group of specialists / executives, providing day-to-day direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Cross-functional Support: Act as the primary liaison with operations, sales, and reservations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals and ensure a seamless guest journey.
- Budget Oversight & Reporting: Track marketing spend against the allocated budget for campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide regular, data-driven reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics.
- Partnerships & Collaborations: Manage relationships with key external vendors, media partners, and local influencers to amplify brand reach and reputation.
- Market Insights: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform campaign optimization and identify niche opportunities.
Skills & Attributes:
- Proven experience in a hands-on marketing management role, with strong operational oversight.
- Demonstrated success in executing brand-building and performance-driven campaigns, preferably in the hospitality, boutique resort, or premium consumer sector.
- Strong command of the digital marketing landscape, including SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Highly proficient in marketing analytics, interpreting data, and using insights for campaign optimization.
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional leadership, written, and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or luxury consumer sectors.
