Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement warehouse and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end PAN India operations covering warehousing, inventory, logistics, transportation, and distribution. - Own and manage the operational P&L, including budgeting, cost optimization, and productivity improvements. - Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and timely order fulfillment. - Drive process improvements through SOPs, automation, and operational excellence initiatives. - Manage logistics partners, vendors, and service providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency. - Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse and operations teams across multiple locations. - Monitor key operational KPIs such as inventory accuracy, turnaround time, fulfillment rates, and logistics costs. - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
