Role: Your Impact and Ownership

Lead independent fundraising transactions from origination through execution while expanding investor relationships across PE/VC funds and family offices. Own deal outcomes, manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth with full P&L accountability.

Key Responsibilities at this Role:

- Lead end-to-end fundraising transactions independently.

- Source high-quality investment banking mandates.

- Build relationships with domestic and global PE/VC investors.

- Execute fundraising processes through successful deal closures.

- Manage analyst and associate teams for execution excellence.

- Own business P&L and revenue performance.

- Expand strategic investor and founder networks.

Skill: The Expertise Required

Must-Haves for this Role:

- Led and closed at least 3 fundraising deals exceeding $7M (preferred).

- Proven experience independently sourcing investment banking transactions.

- Strong network with domestic and global PE/VC Funds and Family Offices.

- Experience leading teams of Analysts or Associates.
