Roles & Responsibilities: - Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle for client engagements including scope, planning, execution, quality, timelines, and outcomes. - Serve as primary point of contact for clients, running status conversations, setting expectations, and translating business needs into delivery plans. - Lead and coordinate offshore teams across time zones, remove blockers, allocate work, and keep delivery on track. - Understand client business context, challenge assumptions, and proactively propose solutions. - Own project plans, sprint/release cadence, status reporting, risk and issue management, and stakeholder updates. - Manage scope and change requests cleanly with client and internal teams. - Be accountable for quality of deliverables and engagement outcomes. - Drive retrospectives and process improvements to enhance delivery predictability and client satisfaction.
