A front runner, he will work with our extensive supplier network to scale the Company's financial operations.  - An ideal applicant is an expert on US GAAP, thrives under pressure, is aspirational, has extensive financial leadership experience, is extremely comfortable in a fast paced technology environment, and comfortable with frequent travel to the US.  Responsibilities :  Strategic Planning :  - Provide Strategic Business Inputs from a Financial Perspective, Including Short and Long Term  Business Plans :  - Monitor and Lead the Implementation of Strategic Business Plans  - Develop Strategies to Optimize the Company's Tax Liabilities  - Identify Opportunities for Enhancement, Cost Optimization and Process Development  Financial Planning & Control :  - Oversee the Financial Operations of Subsidiary Companies and Foreign Operations  - Monitor Financial Performance by Measuring and Analyzing Results; Initiating Appropriate Actions;  Minimizing the Impact of Variances :  - Ensure All Departments Operate within Budgets  - Ensure Adequate Cash Flow to meet the Organization's Needs  - Increase Supplier Credit Limits  - Oversee All Banking Transactions for the Organization  - Oversee the Company's Transaction Processing Systems  Financial Reporting :  - Reporting to the CEO, of Progress on Financial and Operational Targets  - Lead the Preparation of our Consolidated Financial Statements (Organizational Revenue/Expense and Balance Sheet Reports)  - Oversee the Issuance of Financial Information  - Report Financial Results to the Board of Directors  Legal, Compliance & Risk Management :  - Designing and Monitoring Control Processes for all Compliance Requirements  - Interpreting Government Regulations to Ensure Compliance with all Central, State, Local and  Contractual Guidelines :  - Ensure that the Company Complies with all Legal and Regulatory Requirements  - Maintain Relations with External Auditors, and work with their Recommendations.  - Understand and Mitigate Key Elements of the Company's Risk Profile  - Report Risk Issues to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors  - Maintain Appropriate Insurance Coverage  Qualifications & Skills Required :  - Master's in Accounting/Business Administration, or Equivalent Thereof, from a Reputed American University. Preference will be given to Applicants with an MBA in Finance, and/or Certified Public Accountants Certification.  - In-Depth Knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (United States))  - A Seasoned Leader, with a Minimum of 10 Years & Worth of Experience in a Leadership Role, Driving a Collaborative & High Growth Organization.   - Retail Industry Experience is an Advantage  - Ability to Negotiate Across a Variety of Settings  - Exceptional Leadership Skills, with the Ability to Influence People, and Shape a Culture of Delivery  - Skilled in Managing Relationships with Clients, Banks, Other Institutions and Staff  - Ability to Communicate Clearly and Confidently, both Verbally and in Writing  - Willing and able to Travel Internationally, Frequently
