Variable Pay Part Time CFO - Candidate should be Kolkata based and should be interested in developing our business which is still at a start up stage. - Minimum 4 years experience as a CFO. - Strong Commercial acumen - Leadership, empowerment and management. - A team player who thrives on building a high performing team. - Strong relationship building, team and account management skills. - Enjoyment of and successful track record in developing new business. - Entrepreneurial attitude to business. - Ability to recruit, develop and motivate people. - Has previously built a sustainable team/division. - Ability to create, maintain and leverage fee distribution, preferably with pre-existing locally established client base. - Empathy with and understanding of the role of the CFO. - Commercial background is a must. Pure - number crunchers need not apply. - Good presentation and communication skills. - Able to develop a strong alignment to the Company's culture. - Ability to fund development of role in initial stages.
