CFM ARC - Stressed Asset Resolution Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive resolution and recovery of stressed assets through structured strategies, negotiations, and settlement mechanisms.

- Liaise with borrowers, guarantors, financial institutions, and legal advisors for effective resolution.

- Manage SARFAESI, NCLT, DRT, and other legal proceedings to maximize recovery.

- Prepare resolution plans, conduct valuation assessments, and monitor portfolio performance.

- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure timely closure of cases.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Law, or Management; CA / CS preferred.

- 5-10 years of experience in stressed asset resolution, recovery, or corporate restructuring.

- Strong knowledge of SARFAESI Act, IBC, and RBI guidelines.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
