Chartered Finance Management Private Limited (CFMPL), incorporated in 1991, is a leading Mumbai based Financial Services Company providing a range of specialized services to business houses, corporates across wide range of industry sectors.


We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as structured lending, fund raising, restructuring etc.


We are focused on key businesses such as Investment banking, Corporate Advisory & Stressed Asset Resolution.


Designation: Manager.


Location: Corporate Office Mumbai Ballard Estate.


An Ideal Candidate should possess the following Academics/ Expertise:

- MBA degree from a reputed institute/CA.

- 5 + years of relevant experience in Stressed Asset Resolution business.

- ARC experience shall be preferable.


Key Responsibility areas:

- Acquisition of new lucrative investment opportunities.

- Compliance of ARC related prudential guidelines prescribed by RBI.

- Investor/ Stakeholder relationship.

- Networking Skills for sourcing of business and resolution will be a plus.

- Team Management (Applicable if assigned a team member).


Job Specification:

- The incumbent should have strong networking in Banks/ Financial Institutions/ Funds/ PE/ NBFC.

- Good Analytical and Market knowledge of BFSI/ NPA/ Stress Asset Management.

- Well versed with Regulatory Aspects of stressed asset management.

- Should be able to draft Acquisition Proposals/ Notes & successfully close the acquisition deals along with data management.


Key Competencies:

- Self-motivated individual with good business understanding and eager to establish & nurture relationships with Banks/ NBFCs/ Institutions etc. with zeal and enthusiasm.

- Should possess effective communication skills.

- Should demonstrate commitment to organizational growth.

- Should have ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- A proactive approach to organizational issues with ability to resolve issues, communicate with all levels of management, fall in team/s and work in a fast-paced environment in a time-bound manner.

- Ability to have structured thinking & timely meeting the deliverables.

- Proven proficiency in MS Office/ Excel/ Presentation skills.
