CES - Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead - Corporate Accounting

Role Overview:

We have an opportunity for you as Analyst/Senior Analyst/Lead (IC Role) in Corporate Accounting based in Hyderabad.

Work Details:

- Work hours: 2 PM to 11 PM IST or 3 PM to 12 AM IST.

- Work Mode: Hybrid.

- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or 15 Days.

Corporate Accountant Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable:

- Process and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, coding, and timely payments.

- Oversee T&E (travel and entertainment) submissions and employee reimbursements.

- Prepare and post expense allocations across funds and management entities.

- Maintain proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

- Support efficiency improvements in invoice and expense workflows.

Financial Reporting:

- Record and maintain NetSuite bookings and journal entries.

- Perform expense reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy of accounts.

- Assist in the month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close process.

- Prepare financial statements and management reports for review.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Ad-Hoc / Other Responsibilities:

- Support ongoing NetSuite implementation and process enhancement projects.

- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.

- Assist with audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.

- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy.

- Contribute to the development and documentation of accounting procedures.

Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of US GAAP.

- 3+ years of corporate accounting experience.

- Depth experience in expense allocations for asset managers.

- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite (must have).

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
