CEO/CXO - Digital Product Company - Saudi Based
The company operates with 30+ staff in Saudi Arabia and a 50+ person subsidiary in Cairo, Egypt, providing technology development, digital marketing, finance, and operational support to the Group.
Role Overview:
The CEO will drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and market leadership for the Group's three core products: Imploy (recruitment platform similar to LinkedIn), Tshtry/Shaary (e-commerce marketplace similar to eBay/OLX), and an ERP solution (comparable to MS Dynamics, Infor, Odoo).
This role demands a visionary leader capable of scaling digital products, building high-performing teams, and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Performance & Strategy:
- Own and deliver market share growth and P&L targets across the three primary product lines.
- Develop and refine strategic plans to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
- Continuously innovate to differentiate products from competitors through value-added features and AI integration.
Revenue & Customer Growth:
- Drive aggressive customer acquisition strategies while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Deepen relationships with existing customers to maximize lifetime value and retention.
- Leverage the Egyptian subsidiary to develop additional digital products for Watan First Group and external entities.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Manage, motivate, and inspire the WFD team on a day-to-day basis across Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
- Identify, recruit, and retain top talent to build a competitive and capable organization.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
Innovation & Technology:
- Lead the exploration and integration of AI technologies to create cutting-edge product features.
- Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements to maintain competitive positioning.
Regional Expansion:
- Execute a five-year expansion strategy targeting GCC countries and select North African markets.
- Establish partnerships, distribution channels, and operational frameworks to support growth.
Required Experience:
- 5-10 years in senior leadership roles at a digital company managing multiple products.
- 2-3 years of proven P&L responsibility for digital products.
- Experience managing large, geographically distributed teams.
- Digital marketing expertise preferred.
