Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the overall business strategy aligned with the companys vision and growth objectives.
- Drive short-term execution while building long-term sustainable growth plans.
- Act as a key strategic partner to the Board and stakeholders.
P&L Ownership:
- Full responsibility for revenue, margins, costs, and profitability.
- Optimize financial performance, operational efficiency, and capital allocation.
- Ensure strong governance, risk management, and compliance.
Sales & Marketing Excellence:
- Lead national and/or global sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and scale high-performing sales and marketing teams.
- Strengthen brand positioning, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Drive data-driven marketing, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Operations & Execution:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring seamless execution.
- Implement scalable systems, processes, and performance metrics.
- Improve productivity, cost optimization, and operational excellence.
People & Culture:
- Build, mentor, and lead senior leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and innovation.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent retention.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with investors, partners, customers, and key external stakeholders.
- Represent the company in strategic discussions, negotiations, and forums.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 15-25 years of progressive leadership experience in senior roles such as CEO, COO, Business Head, or equivalent.
- Proven P&L leadership with strong revenue and profit growth track record.
- Extensive experience in Sales and Marketing leadership, preferably in growth-driven organizations.
- Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
- Experience in scaling businesses, managing complexity, and driving transformation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Exposure to Board-level interactions and investor-facing roles is highly preferred.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification from a reputed institute preferred.
- Engineering or relevant domain background is an added advantage.
