Role Overview:

We are partnering with one of India's most respected and diversified business conglomerates to identify a seasoned leader for a high-impact senior mandate. In this capacity, you will function as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence or Business Head, taking full ownership of a strategic business unit or a new venture vertical. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with the Group Board and CXO leadership to drive market penetration, operational excellence, and long-term value creation. This role is designed for a high-caliber leader who thrives in ambiguity and is capable of building businesses from the ground up or scaling existing portfolios to market leadership, directly influencing the conglomerate's growth trajectory and competitive positioning in the Indian market.

- We are partnering with one of Indias most respected business groups on a confidential leadership mandate in the consumer, fashion, retail, and D2C ecosystem.

- We are seeking entrepreneurial leaders from premier MBA institutes (20122016 batches) with 1016 years of post-MBA experience, including 3-5 years of building and scaling their own venture.

- The remaining experience should be in large FMCG, consumer, or e-commerce organizations, with no more than 2-3 career switches.

- Candidates must have held senior leadership roles with clear P&L responsibility and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
