We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager - Operations Strategy to streamline and enhance operational processes for our real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.

- Evaluate project pipelines and resource allocation to optimize project timelines and budgets.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

2. Process Optimization:

- Establish robust SOPs for project execution, procurement, quality control, and compliance.

- Leverage industry best practices to improve construction methodologies and reduce costs.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify and address operational bottlenecks.

3. Vendor & Contractor Management:

- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

- Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Evaluate contractor performance and suggest improvements or changes as needed.

4. Risk Management & Compliance:

- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

5. Technology & Innovation:
