Job Description:

The Management Trainee - Digital & Marketing Technology will work on strengthening digital brand presence, driving performance, and building scalable marketing capabilities through advanced MarTech and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strengthen and manage brand presence across owned, earned, and paid digital platforms
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance to generate actionable insights for optimization
- Support implementation and adoption of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making
- Explore and pilot AI-driven, immersive, and personalization-led marketing solutions
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion journeys, and CAC efficiency
