Associate - Debt Syndication

Role :

- Co-ordinating & enhancing relationships with respective Bank, NBFC or any other prospective lenders for execution of mandate

- Preparing detailed Information Memorandum, Pitch book, Presentations.

- Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries from Banks, FIs, Credit Funds and NBFCs.

- Making Presentations and Proposal Documentation

- Client Acquisition for Debt Syndication. Planning and executing business development strategies for debt syndication and other Ancillary products.

- Meeting Corporates & giving presentations on project financing

- Analysis of Balance Sheets & data of the Corporate
