Centrum Wealth Management - Assistant Vice President/Vice President - Debt Syndication

Job Description:

- Proactively source, originate, and secure structured debt syndication mandates from real estate developers.

- Evaluate, structure, and execute complex real estate transactions including Construction Finance, Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), Inventory Funding.

- Oversee complete deal lifecycle Build, strengthen, and leverage relationships with key senior stakeholders, credit heads, and decision-makers across Banks, NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Real Estate funds and Private Equity funds.

- Ensure all deal structures strictly adhere to institutional credit risk parameters.

Prerequisites:

- Strong Command over MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Advanced Financial Modelling along with Financial Analysis.

- Deep understanding of real estate regulations and local micro market credit dynamics.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation & problem solving skills.

- Multi - tasking and capability to independently manage end to end deal lifecycles under aggressive timelines.
