Compliance Office ( NSE & BSE Stock Exchange)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Compliance Officer with hands-on experience in Stock Exchange compliance (NSE & MSE). The ideal candidate will ensure all regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance requirements are met as per SEBI, NSE, and MSE norms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports to NSE, MSE, and SEBI.

- Monitor and implement stock exchange circulars and guidelines.

- Handle audit coordination (internal, exchange, and statutory).

- Maintain records of compliance reports, investor grievances, and action taken reports.

- Conduct periodic internal checks and ensure adherence to compliance manuals and processes.

- Liaise with exchange officials and internal departments to address compliance observations.

- Assist in reviewing and updating compliance policies as per regulatory changes.

- Support the compliance head in regulatory inspections and audits.

Candidate Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

- Minimum 3 years of compliance experience with NSE and MSE.

- Strong understanding of exchange regulations, SEBI guidelines, and audit procedures.

- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
