Job Title: Centre Head - Institutional Sales

Client: Renowned AMC (Asset Management Company)

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Zonal Head - Institutional Sales

Experience: Minimum 13+ years in Mutual Fund/AMC industry

Job Purpose: To lead and grow the Institutional and IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) sales channels. The role focuses on expanding distribution, strengthening client relationships, and driving AUM growth across mutual fund.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive AUM growth through client acquisition and deepening relationships across Institutional and IFA segments

- Manage key accounts including corporates, distribution houses, and top IFAs

- Promote a balanced, high-margin product mix (Equity MF, Debt MF, PMS)

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team of 12-18 direct reportees

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Key Challenges:

- Scaling AUM in a competitive environment

- Balancing and optimizing Institutional and IFA sales strategies

- Maintaining service excellence and timely execution of new ideas
