Job Description:

- The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

- This role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with statutory requirements.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with leadership to drive financial efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, forecasts, and reports.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities.

- Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance.

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.

- Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes.

- Provide financial insights to support business growth, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives.

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project costing, pricing, and financial planning.

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models for management review.

Requirements:

- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.

- 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts (experience in IT/technology sector preferred).

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements.

- Proficiency in financial software/ERP systems ( Zoho, Tally, etc.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
