Role Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager - Residential Sales is responsible for driving sales performance across residential projects (Luxury segment), managing channels, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring a superior customer buying experience.

The role combines strategic planning with on-ground execution and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Management:

- Drive residential unit sales in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies for new launches and ongoing inventory.

- Monitor sales funnels, conversion ratios, and closures.

- Ensure pricing discipline, scheme implementation, and approval processes.

Channel Partner Management:

- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and consultants.

- Design CP engagement plans, incentive structures, and training programs.

- Ensure compliance with CP on boarding and governance processes.

Customer Experience & Closures:

- Oversee customer interactions from enquiry to booking.

- Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal, and finance teams.
