Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently leads the IS Audit division under supervision of Head IAD, stakeholder management and supervision of IS Audit team.
- Develop annual IS audit plan as per risk-based audit plan of the Company.
- Updation/enhancement in IS Audit framework, IS Audit Operating guideline and other policy framework in line with regulatory and audit best practices.
- Planning the audit process, including defining scope, risk, and audit criteria.
- Ensuring adherence to RBI/NHB Regulations, ISO & ICAI standards with respect to Information Systems / Infosec.
- Conducting audits and preparing comprehensive audit reports which clearly states observations in concise manner for improvement of processes within the stipulated time frame.
- Presenting audit issues and bringing attention to concern areas in Audit Committee of Board and IT Strategy Committee
- Auditee/stakeholder management for corrective action to strengthen IT Control environment.
- Collaborate with business audit team to conduct integrated audits involving both IT and Financial controls, wherever required.
Qualifications, technical skills and experience:
Base qualifications:
- CA/ MBA Finance with CISA certification from ISACA (Must)
- ISO 27001: 2022 Certification
- 3-7 Years of Experience (HFCs/ NBFC/ Banking /Audit Domain preferred)
- Experience in Information Systems / Infosec audits in BFSI industry
Technical skill set for Information systems auditor. The auditor should have:
- Knowledge on Information Security governance framework
- Application controls and Interfaces
- Knowledge on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery framework
- Skilled in conducting IT investigations/forensic review of IT Procurement area
- Knowledge on Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs)
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure, Database, Operating System, and Network Architecture.
