Description:
A high-growth logistics technology startup is hiring a Central Operations Lead to own and scale Pan-India last-mile operations across Quick Commerce and Hyperlocal delivery models.
This leadership role will be responsible for driving end-to-end last-mile delivery operations across multiple cities, ensuring speed, reliability, and cost efficiency at scale. The role will work closely with city ops, product, and supply teams to build a strong, tech-enabled last-mile network.
This role offers the opportunity to own and build national-scale last-mile operations. You will play a high-impact leadership role, working closely with senior leadership to shape strategy, drive execution, and scale operations across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own centralized Pan-India last-mile operations for quick commerce and hyperlocal deliveries
- Define and drive SOPs, SLAs, and operational excellence across regions
- Lead and scale a large, multi-city operations team
- Drive key metrics around delivery TAT, success rates, cost, and customer experience
- Partner with product and tech teams to improve last-mile workflows and tools
- Manage scale-up, new city launches, and operational readiness
Experience & Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in operations leadership roles
- Strong pedigree with deep experience in last-mile logistics, Quick Commerce, or Hyperlocal delivery
- Proven experience managing Pan-India, high-volume operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
