Job Description:


About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter who specializes in hiring for Localization, AI/ML, and NLP roles.


The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global talent markets, language-focused roles, and technical hiring for machine learning, data science, and AI research teams.


You will partner closely with hiring managers to build diverse pipelines, manage end-to-end recruitment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Localization, AI/ML, NLP, Data Science, Linguistics, and Annotation teams.


- Source, engage, and attract top global talent through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping.


- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job requirements, selection criteria, and interview structures.


- Drive strong pipelines for specialized roles such as:


- Localization QA testers.


- Linguists (various locales).


- AI/ML Engineers, Research Scientists.


- Data Annotators & Labeling Specialists.


- Language Quality Managers.


- Screen candidates for technical fit, linguistic expertise, domain experience, and cultural alignment.


- Guide candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a high-quality experience.


- Maintain ATS hygiene, reporting, and weekly hiring metrics.


- Work closely with vendor partners to scale recruiting for high-volume localization or AI data collection programs.


- Keep up to date on global hiring trends and compensation benchmarks for niche roles.


- Support employer branding initiatives targeting linguists, annotators, and technical talent communities.


Required Qualifications:


- 3-6+ years of experience in technical and/or localization recruiting.


- Proven success hiring for AI/ML, NLP, Data Science, or Machine Learning Ops roles.


- Strong understanding of localization workflows, language quality, linguistic roles, and global language markets.


- Hands-on experience with modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, StackOverflow, language forums, etc.


- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver under tight timelines.


- Experience working with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, etc.


Preferred Qualifications:


- Experience hiring in localization environments or AI data .


- Familiarity with annotation tools, LQA processes, LLM training workflows, or data labeling pipelines.


- Understanding of emerging AI trends, foundation models and generative AI workforce needs.


- Exposure to global talent markets (US, India, Europe, LATAM, APAC).
