- Taking overall responsibility for center sales targets.

- Achieving conversion and admissions targets. Managing team of counselors & executives. Planning and executing local level marketing activities.

- Ensuring installments collection is on time.

- Timely reporting to Area Manager.

Academics & Operations: Taking overall responsibility for center operations targets. Managing team of academic co-ordinator / executive.

- Achieving strong customer word of mouth. Interacting with and motivating faculties.. Interacting with students and parents

- Solving Operational Problems as and when they arise..
