Your Role:

This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and leading financial planning and analysis activities. This role will work closely with senior management to drive financial performance, support business decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization. Additionally, the role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders including senior business leaders to optimize financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.

- Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.

- Work with cross-functional teams to tie end-to-end financial planning.

- Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance, support, and co-owning business targets.

- Build deep business operations understanding and drive growth and profitability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sell-side, pricing, and category teams, to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives.

- Present financial results and business insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.

What We're Looking For:

- CA or MBA with relevant experience of 8+ years.

- Strong experience in the business finance domain including budgeting, ROI, variance analysis, stakeholder and team management.

- Demonstrated experience in revenue planning and pricing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
