Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve Cent's brand voice across all marketing and communication channels. - Develop creative concepts and campaign messaging for integrated marketing initiatives. - Write compelling copy for social media, websites, digital advertising, email campaigns, blogs, product launches, employer branding, and performance marketing. - Craft engaging scripts for brand films, advertisements, podcasts, explainer videos, and other multimedia content. - Create memorable taglines, headlines, and storytelling assets for both digital and offline campaigns, including billboards and outdoor advertising. - Build and maintain channel-specific tone-of-voice guidelines for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, email, website, product UX, and PR. - Collaborate with designers, marketers, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative campaigns. - Translate complex healthcare and technology concepts into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly messaging. - Review and edit all customer-facing content to ensure consistency, quality, and brand alignment. - Stay updated on cultural trends, consumer behavior, and emerging content formats to keep Cent's communication fresh and relevant. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives and internal communications to strengthen Cent's brand identity. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Advertising, or a related field. - 6 - 10 years of experience in creative copywriting, brand communication, content strategy, or advertising. - Proven experience developing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. - Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work. - Experience writing social media copy, campaign messaging, video scripts, product messaging, and long-form content. - Strong understanding of platform-specific communication styles and audience behavior. - Experience building or managing brand tone of voice and messaging frameworks. - Experience in healthcare, technology, consumer brands, startups, or advertising agencies is preferred. - Familiarity with AI-powered content tools and modern creative workflows is an added advantage.
