Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Experience Required: 5-8 years

Domain: Pharma / Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to develop BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to align requirements with project goals.

- Drive requirement workshops, discussions, and gap analysis sessions with cross-functional teams.

- Conduct UAT planning, execution, and sign-offs to ensure successful solution delivery.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Pencil.

- Work closely with QA teams for validation testing (IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with regulatory standards.

- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure smooth communication.

- Support change management and ensure proper documentation of business processes.

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and system performance.

Core Skills & Requirements:

- 5-8 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the Pharma/Manufacturing domain.

- Strong expertise in requirement gathering, BRD preparation, and UAT execution.

- Hands-on experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Pencil.

- Deep knowledge of validation testing processes (IQ, OQ, PQ) within Pharma/Manufacturing.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in managing end-to-end project delivery in both Agile and Waterfall models.

- Good understanding of regulatory compliance requirements in Pharma/Manufacturing.

- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and suggest business process improvements.

- Exposure to BI or automation tools for process optimization is an added advantage.

- Familiarity with LIMS, EDMS, or electronic logbook systems is preferred.

- Project management exposure and leadership abilities are desirable.
