Job Purpose:

We're seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Innovation & Partnerships Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives and lead the adoption of emerging technologies within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business cases, managing budgets, and driving change management efforts to become an AI-led organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Drive Innovation:

- Identify and leverage new age emerging technologies, start-ups, academia, and tech companies to drive innovation within the organization.

2. Partnerships:

- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with start-ups, academia, and tech companies to stay ahead of the curve.

3. AI Focused: Drive the implementation agenda to become an AI-led organization, leveraging AI technologies to drive business value.

4. Business Cases and Budgeting: Develop and manage business cases, budgets, and resource allocation for digital projects.

5. Change Management: Champion adoption and change management efforts, ensuring successful implementation of digital initiatives.

- Plan and implement digital projects

- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables

- Define tasks and required resources

- Collect and manage project team

- Manage the project budget

- Allocate project resources

- Create a-project schedule and- timeline

- Support and direct team

- Lead quality assurance

- Report on the project status

- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables

- Evaluate and assess the result of the projects

- Technology - Assess and integrate new technologies that improve data-driven strategies

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: MBA in IT/Project Management/Operations

Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience in managing projects. Knowledge of digital landscape.

- Experience of working on AI, hyperscaler platforms is an added plus

Functional Competencies:

- Proven experience in digital project management, innovation, and change management.

- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, and their applications.

- Excellent business case development and budgeting skills.

- Strong partnership-building and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to drive change management efforts and ensure adoption of digital initiatives.

- Excellent communication skills

- Problem-solving and leadership skills

- Project planning, risk management, time management and other project management skills

- Project management qualification (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent experience as a project manager

- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Contract negotiation

- Conflict resolution experience

Nice to Have:

- Experience in the tire manufacturing industry or similar sector.Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Ability to multitask. Manage partners and vendors
