Entrepreneur-in-Residence (Business Development) (Remote) Job Description: This isnt your average BD role. Were looking for a senior operator with a founders mind set someone who can crack open new markets, build strategic partnerships, and take full ownership of end-to-end business motions. You'll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership, drive high-stakes growth initiatives, and operate across product, sales, and strategy. If youve built a fintech or SaaS businessor led BD for oneand are hungry for a high-autonomy, high-impact role, this is for you. Please note: Though this is a remote-first role, were keen on candidates currently based in Mumbai, as it helps us stay closer to our core banking partners and makes occasional in-person meetings smoother and more effective. What Youll Do: - Open and grow international markets for our SaaS platform especially across BFSI segments - Lead strategic sales cycles from discovery to closure, including CXO-level conversations - Drive partner alliances across banks, fintechs, and channel ecosystems - Build and execute GTM strategies owning outreach, pitch, pricing, and feedback loops - Work cross-functionally with product and marketing to shape our roadmap based on market insights - Run founder-level special projects that dont fit neatly in a box but move the company forward - Represent Nuclei in conferences, industry forums, and client board rooms globally Who You Are: - 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships preferably in SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise technology - Have built or scaled a business unit, product, or startup from zero to one (or one to ten) - Proven experience in closing enterprise deals, managing long sales cycles, and leading complex negotiations - Possess strong market understanding of BFSI, digital transformation, or banking SaaS products - Naturally comfortable in unstructured environmentsa doer, not just a planner - Analytical and data-driven in decision-making, yet empathetic in customer interactions - Bias to action, a high sense of ownership, and no ego when it comes to learning Why Nuclei? - Global vision, from India Build products for global banks, not just local markets - High ownership Lead independently, drive outcomes, not just tasks - Bootstrapped & profitable Built sustainably from day one - Meaningful work Solve real problems for clients - Always learning Experiment with AI tools, cross-functional projects, and new markets - No fluff, no silos If you want to lead and build, this is your playground
