Key Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate product updates, new features, and technical documentation into clear, engaging, and effective training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, videos, and workshops).
LMS Administration:
- Manage the full lifecycle of training content within Workday Learning, including uploading new courses, updating existing materials, managing user-group assignments, and tracking completion rates.
- Ensure all training documentation is organized, current, and easily accessible to the team.
Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Schedule and conduct regular, recurring training sessions (e.g., new hire onboarding, weekly product updates, skills workshops) for the Customer Success team.
- Develop and manage the CS training calendar in coordination with product release schedules and team needs.
Vendor & Partner Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for third-party training partners, such as SuccessHacker.
- Coordinate logistics, manage the contractual relationship, and ensure the value of external training programs is maximized.
Program Management:
- Work closely with CS and Product leadership to identify training gaps and develop a strategic roadmap for enablement programs.
- Gather feedback from the CSM team to continuously improve training content, delivery, and effectiveness.
- Develop and distribute monthly reports detailing training engagement, completion rates, and program effectiveness to key stakeholders.
