We are seeking an experienced, creative, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our agency team.
The ideal candidate will manage social media strategies and execution for multiple clients, ensure content quality, handle community engagement, analyze performance, collaborate with creative teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
This is a fast-paced role with varied responsibilities perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves turning ideas into campaigns.
Experience Required: 5-6 years.

- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

- Expertise in influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to convert data into insights.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Business Profile, and local SEO best practices.
Job Description:
Content Calendar & Publishing
- Manage error-free publishing across platforms with accuracy and timeliness.
Paid Promotions
- Optimize campaigns to achieve objectives such as reach, engagement, follower growth, or lead generation.
Engagement & Monitoring
- Monitor daily comments, DMs, reviews, and mentions across client platforms.
- Respond or escalate quickly to maintain timely servicing and positive engagement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Deliver weekly/monthly performance reports with insights, benchmarks, and
recommendations.
- Advise clients and teams on data-driven adjustments.
Campaigns, Contests & Giveaways
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Manage collaborations end-to-end: outreach, briefs, approvals, deliverables, and tracking.
- Build long-term influencer and partner relationships.
Platform & Account Setup
- Optimize and verify all client pages/accounts.
- Manage page consolidation, ownership, and ad account/payment setups.
Internal Collaboration
- Align with account managers on client expectations and ensure delivery excellence.
