With a team of creatives, strategists and video production experts, we deliver end-to-end branding, advertising, digital marketing, video & film production, and content creation services.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with 8-12 years of experience to lead end-to-end recruitment, strengthen our employer brand, and build a high-performing recruitment function.
This role will be onsite, working out of our Ahmedabad office. Key priorities will involve hiring across creative, tech, and marketing functions, maintaining high quality candidate experience, and scaling the team in line with business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Build tailored hiring approaches for recurring roles and niche/senior positions.
- Represent the organization to top talent, own hiring commitments, and deliver high-impact results.
Team Management:
- Drive recruiter output with measurable KPIs (TAT, offer-to-join, early attrition).
- Set clear team/individual targets with weekly reviews for accountability.
- Build a high-performance, high-reliability culture with on-time, quality closures.
- Ensure strong alignment with business leaders and HR Ops for speed and fit.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building:
- Build and maintain talent pools for high impact roles.
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels: LinkedIn recruiter, industry networks, talent communities.
Employer Branding:
- Position the company as an employer of choice in both Tech & Creative domains.
- Ensure high candidate engagement and positive experienceeven for declined applicants.
Stakeholder & Leadership Hiring:
- Personally drive leadership-level hiring (sourcing, assessment, closures).
- Advise leadership on market availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy.
Key Attributes:
- Exposure to both tech and creative hiring preferred.
- Strong knowledge of talent markets in India (Ahmedabad + metros).
- Proven ability to lead a high-performing TA team and scale hiring.
- Can balance short-term hiring urgencies with long-term workforce planning.
- Can step in for critical roles, while driving long-term talent strategy.
- Skilled at using analytical data metrics (cost per hire, sourcing effectiveness, attrition data) for decisions.
