We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Model Maintenance & Model Oversight function focused on Business Planning Models. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), model development, and validation, especially within the regulatory and risk frameworks like CCAR(Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review) /PPNR(Pre-provision Net Revenue). The ideal candidate will bring a robust blend of finance and technical acumen with a proven track record in model risk and control environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, enhance, and oversee Business Planning and Forecasting Models used for strategic decision-making.

- Contribute to the development and execution of CCAR/PPNR stress testing and forecasting models.

- Partner with Finance, Risk, and Business teams to ensure models align with strategic business objectives and regulatory expectations.

- Perform financial model validation, sensitivity analysis, and back-testing for predictive accuracy.

- Ensure compliance with internal model risk governance and controls including documentation and audit readiness.

- Provide insights to improve model performance and drive consistency across planning models.

- Support model lifecycle activities including design, implementation, calibration, and maintenance.

- Communicate complex model-related concepts and findings clearly to stakeholders, including senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B.Tech + MBA in Finance or related fields.

Experience: 4-7 years in FP&A, financial modeling, predictive modeling, and/or model validation.

- Hands-on exposure to Business Planning/Forecasting Models, CCAR, PPNR, and regulatory reporting.

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a deep understanding of model risk management frameworks.

- Solid experience in financial model development and governance within banking/financial services.

- Proficiency in Excel, Python, R, or other modeling tools; exposure to data visualization tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience in a global banking or consulting environment.

- Exposure to risk and control frameworks and familiarity with regulatory expectations.

- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
