Role Overview
The Zonal Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and brand establishment within the assigned zone. The role requires a hands-on sales leader with an assured sales channel, existing buyer relationships, and the ability to commit to realistic revenue numbers for the zone.
As this is a premium waterproofing admixture product, experience with Xypex, Penetron, Kryton, or similar crystalline / advanced admixture systems will be highly preferred.
This Role Is Designed for a Leader Who Brings:
- Technical and commercial understanding of concrete admixtures
- Established regional-level relationships with buyers and decision-makers
- Ability to assure and deliver zonal sales numbers
- Clear understanding of competitors, pricing, and buyer behavior.

- Commission and incentives are significantly higher than industry norms
- A major component of compensation is linked to business generated
- Ideal for professionals confident in their network, execution capability, and market understanding
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding B2B sales targets, including government and infrastructure projects
- Strong capability in presales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations and value-based selling to consultants & clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute a zonal sales strategy aligned with national objectives
- Drive topline growth across RMC plants, infrastructure projects, EPC contractors, large commercial and residential developments
- Personally manage and close key regional and strategic accounts
- Ensure strong adoption in premium, performance-driven projects
- Maintain deep knowledge of the zonal market, including:
- Competitor landscape and positioning
- Pricing strategies
- Buyer behavior and regional trends
Provide actionable inputs on:
- Product positioning
- Market gaps
- New applications and opportunities within the zone
- Network & Relationships
Leverage existing relationships with:
- RMC owners
- Large contractors
- Infrastructure developers
- Consultants and specifiers
- Build long-term partnerships that translate into repeat and sustained business
Team & Execution:
- Build, manage, and mentor regional sales managers and executives
- Set zonal targets and ensure consistent tracking and achievement
Mandatory Candidate Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- Active and credible buyer relationships within the assigned zone
- Ability to independently generate and close business
