About the Role:

CBTS is seeking a Senior Credit & Collections Specialist to oversee the end-to-end collections process, reduce overdue receivables, and ensure strong cash-flow efficiency. The role demands strong communication, analytical ability, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete credit & collections cycle for assigned customers

- Follow up with clients for outstanding dues through calls & emails

- Monitor aging reports and drive reduction in DSO

- Resolve billing discrepancies with Sales, Delivery & Finance teams

- Maintain accurate data in ERP / accounting systems

- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports on collections status & forecasts

- Manage escalations, ensure timely issue resolution, and maintain client relationships

- Support month-end closing activities for Accounts Receivable

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3 to 7 years of experience in Credit Collections / AR / Finance Operations

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Good command of Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and ERP tools

- Ability to analyze financial data and prioritize follow-ups

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Education:

- Degree in Commerce / Finance / Business Administration

- Additional certifications in credit management or accounting preferred
