Senior Consultant, Process Advisory Real Estate Development (10-11 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Process Advisory, and Internal Audit professional to be part of our Process Advisory Team in the real estate development sector. This role requires deep understanding of real estate processes so that the person can guide clients in improving operational efficiency, managing risks in complex projects, and achieving their development goals.

Domain expertise :

- Should have understanding of Process Advisory, Project Management, Internal Audits, Risk Management and relevant experience in executing and leading process advisory work

- Experience in real estate domain and should have experience in Process Advisory for Real Estate Developers, Consulting, Funds, NBFCs, Banks, etc.

Job Requirements :

- The candidate will be part of Process Advisory Vertical within the IRM team of CBRE

- Min 5 years of work experience in the field of process advisory, internal audit, Risk Advisory, Project Management

- Min 3 year of experience in the field of real estate - worked for developer on real estate projects or in Audit firms offering Process Advisory to real estate developers

- Education background - master's degree in real estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field OR having a Finance and Audit Background with CA qualification, CIA qualification etc.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with in-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies.

Job Profile/ Responsibilities :

Project Delivery and Client Management :

- Serve as the point of contact for key clients, providing expert strategic advice on best practices in real estate development.

- Deliver key mandates in the process Advisory team across regions

- Build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including developers and multiple teams/ stakeholders within developers

Strategic Process Analysis :

- Deep rooted understanding of real estate projects, developers, different departments, processes

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client development processes across planning, design, construction, project management, CRM, sales, finance, etc.

- Lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements that enhance project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Develop and present tailored solutions to address complex challenges and optimize processes.

- Establish comprehensive key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of development processes.

- Utilize data analytics to generate insights and reports for clients, demonstrating the impact of process improvements.

- Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of recommended process changes.

- Monitor performance and outcomes, making adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations.

- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes that could impact the real estate development landscape.

- Should have information of industry best practices in real estate developer domain to provide recommendations

- Should have had exposure to SAP or any other ERP softwares and accounting softwares

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
