ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :


- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, urban development, real estate, and PPP projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.


- Act as the primary interface for clients, government agencies, private sector partners, investors, and other stakeholders.


- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.


- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.


- Provide strategic advisory services on PPP projects, including project structuring, feasibility assessment, procurement, bid process management, and transaction advisory.


- Lead the development and review of bid documents, concession agreements, service contracts, and other project documentation.


- Develop robust financial models and undertake financial feasibility assessments, project valuation, investment analysis, and business case preparation for PPP and infrastructure projects.


- Structure PPP transactions and advise on optimal project delivery models, risk allocation frameworks, funding mechanisms, and commercial arrangements.


- Evaluate project risks, contingent liabilities, revenue streams, and commercial viability, and recommend mitigation strategies.


- Lead, mentor, and manage teams, ensuring effective delivery of project


- Coordinate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.


- Manage stakeholder consultations and facilitate resolution of project-related issues and risks.


- Prepare project reports, management updates, and client presentations.


- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry forums, and business development events.


- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management


REQUIREMENTS :


- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Management, Economics, or a related field; MBA (Finance/Infrastructure), Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA, or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred


- Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, real estate, urban development, consulting, or PPP projects


- Proven experience in managing end-to-end client engagements, leading project teams, and delivering large-scale advisory or infrastructure assignments.


- Must have knowledge of different PPP arrangements such as procedure for Swiss challenge, PPP, PPPP, turnkey and BOOT, DBOT, DBFOT, BOT projects.


- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;


- Should have acknowledged capabilities in partnership management;


- Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities skills;


- Ability to plan, organize, implement and report on work.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :


He should provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Also approves subordinate's recommendations for staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labour, including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviours that are consistent with the company's values.
