The proposed project a state of the art manufacturing/assembly facility undertaken by TATA Group for Airbus(Global) based out of Baroda, Gujrat. Planned over an expansive 3.5 LakhSQFT parcel of land to develop a of 2.5 LakhSQFT facility boasting world class, technologies and expertise in the sector. Job Description:- a) Domain: Mechanical / Civil, any higher qualification would be advantageous b) Industry experience- Aircraft Hangar projects, PEB, Airport structure projects 1. Candidate should have great experience on construction of hanger, Pavement, Tarmac, Runway, drainage, storm water management etc. 2. Responsible for start to end project delivery from concept design to move management, including Project Execution, Project Management, Planning, Construction, Contracts Vendor development etc. 3. Initiating (kick-off), planning & scheduling, prioritizing, execution, tracking, monitoring, controlling entire project; developing project baselines. 4. Monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment and time overruns to ensure satisfactory execution of projects. Ensuring compliance in place in line with statutory requirements. 5. Capable of analyzing, structuring, negotiating, documenting complex transaction, formulating strategies, and achieving operating goals while balancing risks. 6. Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender/contract documents, cost estimates, including billing, variation/deviation proposals, claims and soon. 7. Coordination with consultants, site team and subcontractor for finalization of different packages. 8. Preparation of monthly progress reports, entailing progress and details for engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning activities. 9. Ensuring the construction activities are taking place as per the approved construction program, work methods, managing procurement, anchoring on-site activities to ensure completion of project within the time, cost and quality parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize output. 10. Organizing/participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress and de- bottle necking. 11. Managing all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating for site management activities; preparing micro/weekly schedules to achieve the macro goals and allocating their sources as per the schedule. Overall supervision for the assigned work component and project & construction Management through assign team. 12. Skills and Abilities to comprehend, analyses, and interpret various types of business documents. 13. Present information to all project stake holder, client's higher management, an internal department and understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. 14. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills. 15. Leading a team of professionals; ensuring the suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers); liaising with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Sub-contractors & External Agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances. 16. Maintaining excellent relations with clients and their statutory authorities for availing mandatory sanctions, coordinating with Consultant Engineer, Departments & Supervisors for daily work progress. 17. Executing day-to-day contracts/commercial administration during execution of stages and finally claiming and negotiating with management towards achieving the targeted financial objectives. 18. Ensuring that customer deadlines were met within project budgets, quality, safety, and end user's expectation. 19. Innovative thinker with proven track record of establishing processes, streamlining workflow & creating work environment to enhance productivity.
