ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
This role is within the Government Advisory team and focuses on developing detailed financial and cash flow models and advising on project structuring under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) frameworks. The team is currently engaged across a diverse range of sectors, including :
- Tourism
- Transaction Advisory (Land & Built assets)
- Urban Infrastructure
- Economic Master Planning
- Hospitality (Hotels)
- Residential Real Estate
- Commercial Real Estate
- Industrial Developments
- Logistics and Supply Chain Infrastructure
While prior experience in these specific sectors is preferable, it is not a mandatory requirement. The key selection criterion is a strong foundation in financial analysis, financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, project finance, and investment evaluation. Candidates should be comfortable working with complex financial models and possess a solid understanding of core financial concepts, valuation methodologies, and infrastructure/project financing principles.

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Sound understanding of project finance and PPP structures
- Ability to evaluate project feasibility and investment returns
- Proficiency in Excel-based financial modeling
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities
- Interest in working across multiple sectors and advisory assignments

REQUIREMENTS :
- Career experience of 5-7 years
- Knowledge of different PPP arrangements such as procedure for Swiss challenge, PPP, PPPP, turnkey and BOOT, DBOT, DBFOT, BOT projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Should have acknowledged capabilities in partnership management;
- Strong analytical, reporting and writing abilities skills;
- Ability to handle large scale planning;
- Ability to plan, organize, implement and report on work.
- Graduation in Finance or MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant with prior work experience.
