Key Responsibilities

- Business Development & Acquisition: Drive the acquisition of new TASC clients and government institutions (e.g., Municipal Corporations, Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, etc.) within the assigned cluster. This includes both self-sourcing and coordinating with branch teams.

- Relationship Management: Nurture and manage existing customer portfolios, acting as a primary point of contact for key clients. The goal is to build long-lasting relationships and ensure high client retention rates.

Team & Cluster Management:

- Manage and guide a team of Relationship Managers to meet sales and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with branch managers and other internal teams (Credit, Operations, CMS, Insurance, etc.) across the cluster to ensure seamless service delivery and business expansion.

- Provide regular training to regional and branch sales and service teams on TASC products, processes, and documentation (e.g., KYC, account opening procedures).

- Product & Service Delivery: Understand and promote banking solutions tailored to the TASC sector, including Current Accounts, Savings Accounts (CASA), term deposits, cash management services (CMS), and digital solutions.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all client dealings and transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory standards, including RBI guidelines.

- Strategy & Reporting: Monitor market trends, track performance metrics against targets, and devise strategies, contests, or campaigns for branch activation to drive segment growth.
