
Global IT Services & Staff Augmentation Sales Specialist (6 10 yrs Individual Contributor)
Location: Hyderabad (hybrid) / Remote.
Regions: US | UK | EU | MEA | APAC.
Role Type : Individual Contributor pure hunter, no large-team management.
Experience Band (STRICT): 6-10 years quota-carrying sales in custom software & staff augmentation.

Role Snapshot
Own and close deals for AI/ML solutions, full-stack product engineering, cloud & DevOps services, and dedicated engineering teams (React, Node, Python, .NET, PM).
Hunt new business, build a pipeline, and turn C-level relationships into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory plans for the US, EU, MEA, and APAC markets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospect - proposal - negotiation - closure.
- Sell CAWs core offerings: custom software, digital transformation, staff augmentation & dedicated teams.
- Build pipeline via your CxO network, outbound campaigns, events, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity data in HubSpot/Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual quarterly and annual quota.
Staff Augmentation Expertise (Must-Have)
- 3 + years selling dedicated engineering teams (React, Node, Python, .NET, PM).
- Closed USD 2 M ARR in staff-augmentation deals across US/UK/EU.
- Hands-on familiarity with the bench-to-bill model, mark-ups, and rapid talent ramp-up.
- Established network of hiring managers / CTOs for quick placements.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a VP/Director/P&L leadership position.
- No large delivery team management or program governance.
- Not focused on packaged products or SaaS licence sales.
Key Requirements
- Bachelors in Business/IT (MBA a plus).
- 6-10 yrs global IT-services sales with verifiable quota attainment.
- Strong grasp of outsourcing models (T&M, fixed price), RFP/RFQ processes, onshore/offshore delivery, cloud tech stacks and startup-to-enterprise buying cycles.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Skills
- Grew staff-aug accounts from 0 - USD 3 M + in under 18 months.
- Working knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP; able to pitch AI/ML & micro-services.
- Domain exposure in FinTech, HealthTech, Retail, OTT.
Compensation
- Competitive base + uncapped commission.
