Key Responsibilities

1. P&L Management & Go-To-Market Strategy

- Hold complete P&L responsibility for CavinKare's regional HORECA vertical, driving top-line revenue, gross margins, and operational profitability.

- Formulate and execute multi-state go-to-market (GTM) strategies tailored specifically to introduce and establish CavinKare's product portfolio in the hospitality sector.

- Define revenue targets, territory allocations, distribution routes, and performance metrics across the entire assigned multi-state territory.

2. Vertical Development & Brand Saliency

- Drive pioneer-stage market penetration, creating brand visibility, product acceptance, and commercial traction for CavinKare across key culinary hubs within the region.

- Build, expand, and manage a robust network of HORECA-focused distributors and key supply-chain partners to ensure high availability and fulfillment.

- Uncover new market opportunities, menu integration possibilities, and bulk packaging requirements specific to HORECA clients.

3. Team Leadership & Performance Management

- Direct, mentor, and evaluate a team of 4-5 Business Development Managers (BDMs) and 3-4 Business Development Executives (BDEs).

- Guide the team in driving distributor-led execution while focusing personal involvement on high-value client acquisitions.

- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, joint field visits, and sales coaching to build strong business-building capabilities across the regional team.

4. Executive Representation & Key Account Growth

- Act as the primary face of CavinKare across the regional market, representing the organization at major trade expos, culinary forums, and industry associations.

- Direct-anchor negotiations with top-tier HORECA accounts, including national hotel chains, QSR brands, fine-dining groups, and large caterers.

- Manage high-level client escalations, long-term supply agreements, and senior stakeholder relationships to secure repeating commercial volume.

5. Operations Governance & Market Intelligence

- Track HORECA market trends, competitor movements, and culinary shifts to provide actionable feedback for CavinKare's central R&D, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

- Oversee cross-functional coordination with central production and supply chain teams to ensure seamless multi-state order fulfillment and stock availability.

- Enforce CRM compliance, precise revenue forecasting, and routine governance reporting for corporate leadership.
